We would enthusiastically recommend Elite Outdoor living without qualification to anyone considering a pool or other outdoor design & build project. Even though ours was an expensive project, we consider it to be a bargain given the extraordinarily high quality of the materials and workmanship and the overall amount of time the highly talented team spent creating it. In addition several of the craftspersons who supported the project threw in extra elements not included in the design at their own expense (for example extra lighting of a sculpture and a focal point tree by Clint, the lighting expert,or extra border plants not in the design by Justin) just because they were invested in the creativity of the outcome. When minor design elements or equipment needed adjustment, Katelin and Luis have been on them immediately.
It’s rare that a building project turns out better than you expected. But it’s rarer still when it turns out DRAMATICALLY better than you expected. We will always be thankful to Justin and the Elite team for bringing so much happiness to our lives through their creativity, generosity, and love of what they do.

We fell in love with the design they presented to us of our backyard pool space that incorporated our indoor living space. We purchased a new construction home in 2020 and the backyard had nothing but grass. We came from a home that had a spectacular backyard oasis and pool and wanted something equivalent, or better. We researched quite a few companies that specialized in unique creations which led us to Elite Outdoor Living. We met with our project manager, Colby Walding, and Colby took our ideas and came back with a design that we loved. We had a chance to see it in 3D and really get a good idea of what the finished product would look like. When the project was over it looked exactly like the 3D rendering. We put in a pool, covered outdoor kitchen, fire pit, pergola over patio, and removed a brick column that was right in the middle of our patio. All of the teams that Elite used did a great job, carpenters, stone, tile and landscaping. If you are looking for a quality pool and outdoor living area, I highly recommend Elite Outdoor Living.

Following our move into a new home in Frisco Lakes, we decided to contract for a major makeover of our small backyard and patio. After receiving several plans with estimates, we decided to partner with Justin Brown of Elite Outdoor Living. Justin listened to our wish list and provided several alternatives to meet our needs. Unlike the other companies, Elite Outdoor Living was able to contract for the entire project and oversee everything we wanted completed.
We contracted for an extended roof with partial A-frame supported by four brick & stone columns along the width of our home. The stonework is beautiful and, while it took extra time, it was definitely worth it. We splurged and installed an outdoor granite counter in a unique configuration and including a grill. We also included extensive lighting, two fans, and a misting system. In our small backyard, Elite Outdoor Living installed a waterfall and stream – the view and sound of water is so soothing and provides such a sense of peace! Finally, we had the grass removed, the ground tilled, bushes planted, and mulch put down, as well as several pavestone walkways leading to the side yards.
Throughout this process, Justin and the crew of Elite Outdoor Living were very responsive to our questions and requests. Communication throughout our complex and extensive project was great! As the project moved along and we realized there were several changes we wanted, plans were revised to accommodate us. Justin always made time for us and came by daily to oversee the work. The finished product is beautiful and well done. We really enjoy our backyard paradise!

The structure was a covered patio/arbor combination and turned out better than we had envisioned. They were great to work with and we were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the work crew and swiftness of their work. The quality of their workmanship was superior and no detail was overlooked. All this while also staying in budget. Never imagined that working with a contractor could be such a pleasant experience, but Justin and his guys really set the bar high.
